Manufactured in a number of colours and sizes. Often cut in 2.8mt wide*
1.7mt high * (20- 40mm) thick straight of the rough block. The slab is polished
on the topside, and the edges are irregular. The random slabs can be obtained
in a number of different colours and sizes depending on final product.
The larger the slabs the higher the risk of breakage in exporting. The
slab can be simply cut with a diamond saw cooled with a water hose. The
polishing process is more intricate, involves repeated buffing with a
flex buffer again cooled with a water hose.
